The Organized Mind

Meditation is the key exercise for the Organized Mind.  Misplacing things are signs of an unorganized mind.  Think of your mind as a brain with filing cabinets.  Every thought and action has to be in accord with the energy within us all.  When we are out of balance with this energy, we lose focus and begin misplacing things and forgetting key information for our life's instructions.
